About Tracy

I am often asked how I got into this work. I believe that the Organizing Industry found me when I decided to run my own business with a mission to "inspire balanced success in people's businesses and lives".

I have always enjoyed conceiving new ways to improve workflow systems and re-arranging my environment. In my past work experiences in the Construction, Health and Oil/Gas industries, I was told how effective I had been in troubleshooting and resolving numerous problems in the areas of paper management, scheduling and space planning while automating processes to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency.

During my business research, I found connection with the Professional Organizers in Canada (POC) Association and the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD). Today, I am proud to say that I have received my designation as a Trained Professional Organizer and have been recognized as a Silver Leaf member for being in business for at least 5 years. I also hold an Administrative Management Systems diploma from B.C.I.T. and an Interdisciplinary Bachelor's degree from SFU.

When I am not organizing I coach figure skating to children and adults. I am also an active member of POC-BC Chapter and Business Networking International (BNI) and I invite you to be my guest at these supportive and educational events.
