Hello Tracy, I'd just like to thank-you for helping me to organize 18 years of paperwork AND my living-room. When you first described the Freedom-filer system to me I scoffed at the idea that a few tabs and labels could do better than what I already had, but since you set my system up (and gave me a brief tutorial) I have gotten rid of years of useless paper and am actually looking FORWARD to tax season (besides the payments) because I am finally ready at any time. I'm not a huge fan of change, so I went into this filing project ready to pull the plug whenever things got too complicated; it didn't happen though. You took the time to tell me what kind of hanging folders and tabs to buy so I was ready when you arrived and the simplicity of Freedom-filer didn't scare me away from what I knew I needed to do. This saved you time..... me money... and I like that!! Your suggestions and help with re-inventing and moving everything in my living room were overwhelming at the start, but I have been living with the new surroundings for two weeks and....I LOVE IT!! (And so do my Friends). Thank-you once again for your attention to detail (and for putting up with my whining) as I learned what is necessary to run an organized business in a competitive world.
